Important information about your payment: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment of your wholesale cubic zirconia jewelry order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria. Credit card orders will be shipped within two business days. All checks must clear before your wholesale silver with stone jewelry or other order will ship.
Peace of Mind Return Policy
We call it our "peace of mind policy." No restocking fee, 100% hassle-free, no questions asked. Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your sterling silver wholesale merchandise for whatever reason, just return it within 14 days of date of purchase. Please e-mail us for instructions first and you will receive a return confirmation number. We'll give you full refund, less shipping and handling and no restocking fee. There is no return on special order items or on any items such as wedding ring sets that have been resized.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please supply the Specialist with your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Silver Liquidators will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the e-mail.
It takes us 5-7 full business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
